Dorchester Pre-School is run by a Committee of unpaid volunteers – who are almost always parents of children who attend. All of us are DBS checked, and we are governed by a Pre-School Alliance Constitution (2011).
We are always willing to welcome new committee members so if you would like to get involved please let us know.
The main roles are; Chair person, Treasurer or Secretary. But we also need people to come up with fun fundraising and event ideas, help with social media, and to give your opinions on what would be best for the preschool and the children who attend.
Meetings are about once a term and are a great way to get to know other parents.

We meet throughout the year, each term as a minimum, our AGM and annual elections are in October each year.
The Committee is always keen to hear from potential new members. Please speak to Helen, our Manager, or any of the committee members if you are interested in joining us.
